Re-sizing, cropping and supplying your Image:

1. Once you have opened your image in your chosen editing software program, select the cropping tool from the tool bar. Set the crop dimensions to Width: 73mm x Height: 51mm with a resolution value of 300 dpi (dots per inch)

2. Crop your image as you want it to appear in the brochure above your name and contact details.

Don’t worry about Pixel dimensions, as they will be set automatically.

If you are submitting anything other than this landscape format detailed above, the height value must not exceed 51mm. Your image will appear in the brochure with a white border left and right.

3. Rename your image. Use your surname followed by your first name as the file name, all lower case with no spaces, ensuring that the file has an extension of ".jpg" e.g. smithjohn.jpg
