At ULTRA4 Racing, we believe in empowering our press, media and influencers and appreciate your help to spread ULTRA4 Racing news to your community. We have always worked hard to serve onsite and offsite media with helpful online tools as well as create a warm and safe environment onsite. 2021 will be no exception, however, onsite access will be more limited and digital access more robust and easy to navigate.
DUE TO COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS, ONSITE MEDIA COVERAGE TERMS HAVE CHANGED FOR 2021. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE APPLYING FOR CREDENTIALS.
All persons who will promote and cover King of the Hammers must sign up for the online media portal access, regardless of whether you will be onsite or offsite. All onsite media operate under the Hammerking Productions Film Permit.
In 2021, all persons covering King of the Hammers must sign up as media and will receive access to the Media Portal. Onsite media will receive more information and mandatory meetings pre-event - online.

PRESS & MEDIA IS DEFINED AS:
1. Press outlets on assignment (onsite or remote) - Outlet staff and freelance journalists specifically on story assignment. For example: Four Wheeler Network, Racer, Autoweek, Race-Dezert, national, regional and international news, lifestyle publications, etc.
2. Official ULTRA4 media - Internal media staff, approved freelancers, approved sponsor media.
3. Team media - Media representing an individual race team.

TEAM MEDIA:
Team media is welcome to photograph and video their teams in non-restricted areas. Team media is limited to 1 photographer and 1 videographer in the start finish area on the day of team qualifying and racing. Team photographers and videographers are not approved for restricted venue access for other race days that their team is not racing or qualifying. (Restricted areas are defined as not available to the general public including roped off rock venues.)
FEES:
All media must purchase a USAC license = $35 single event fee or $99 per year
Approved freelance & team media credential fee = $100
All media categories must purchase a ticket to enter the Hammetown gate. Other fees may apply including RV fees, wifi, etc.
Credentialed media will receive an email with the proper link to fees based on your determined media level in a separate email.
ALL COMMERCIAL PROJECTS ARE OPERATING UNDER HAMMERKING PRODUCTIONS FILM PERMIT. ALL PROJECTS COMMERCIAL IN NATURE, INCLUDING SHOOTING FOR A PAID TELEVISION OR WEB/DIGITAL SHOW OR SERIES MUST REGISTER AND PROVIDE A COMPLETE OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT AND DISTRIBUTION.
DUE TO THE CHANGING NATURE OF COVID-19 GOVERNMENTAL GUIDELINES, GATE ACCESS & ONSITE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES WILL BE OUTLINED TO ALL ONSITE MEDIA WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE OPENING OF HAMMERTOWN ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 28th. **ALL INFORMATION & PROCEDURES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.**
