Unit Pay Certification
You unit pay is for hours worked. Unit pay includes time spent on all tasks incidental to the earning of such unit pay, including but not limited to drive time to and from job sites, downtime, between jobs, stocking of inventory, attending safety and other meetings, accident investigation time, inspection and routine maintenance of vehicles and equipment, fueling vehicles and equipment, starting up equipment, door tagging, electronics assembly and time and production record keeping. By signing the daily log, I acknowledge that I fully understand that the tasks incidental to the work performed, including those tasks listed herein, are included in the unit pay earnings for those units.
Additionally, by signing the daily log, I certify that I have taken the time provided for lunch as scheduled. I will not sign this daily log if it is not accurate. If this log contains false or inaccurate information, I will report it to the Foreman, Supervisor, Office Manager or Human Resources.
If you have been pressured, coerced, or directed by a supervisor, manager, or anyone else at the Company to work through any meal period, inaccurately report any time, or not report time, that you have worked, you may register a complaint on the Company's compliance Line at 1-888-437-7515, contact the Human Resources Department, or use the Company's Open Door Policy.
