Can a user edit his own form submission?

After member data is uploaded to the Jotform database, can the member access her own record to make a change such as a phone number? If not, is this functionality Being considered?

If a member fills out the same form twice, will the system update, replace, or just add the second form as a duplicate?

    Thx.

    Dear Martha,

Considering you as a form owner; if you allow your users to edit their submission, they will be able to reach their submission data to edit.

Please find the following guide in order to see how to allow users to edit their submissions at a later date: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Besides, if a user fills out the same form twice, the submission will be duplicated. If you want to prevent your users to fulfill the same form twice, you are also able to do it as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

On the other hand, let me suggest you open a free JotForm account in order to experience JotForm: www.jotform.com/signup

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further clarification.
