SSL with custom domain does not work.

Thank you I was able to complete this function. However when I attempt to access the form my browser gives me a warning saying its not private, while I know how to bypass this no client or public would know how to do so nor would they bypass it. Any suggestions for me?

It seems you are using custom domain with https / SSL. Please note that it is currently not supported. SSL with custom domain will not work and its mentioned in the guide as well. Please check the screenshot below:
