How to fix the length of the field label and the position of the asterisk that shows the field is required

I would like the label in just one line above the field box. cant seem to fix it.

and i cant seem to get the asterisk at the end of the labels shown. i appreciate your time and help. The strange part is that it acts differently between preview and build.
