    porque nao recebo e-mails de confirmação e como posso recuperar meus envios deletados?

    Boa tarde!
     
    1- Na Lixeira eu encontro apenas os Fromulário que foram deletados ( Segue Print em anexo - LIXO)
    Porém NÃO localizei os envios(cadastros) q haviam sido feitos  atraves do formulario em meu site: http://www.cursosdeadestramento.com/curso-de-adestramento-de-caes/curso-de-comportamento-canino-e-adestramento-com-dante-camacho-em-sp/

     
    2- E agora mais um problema, quando a pessoa se cadastra no fromulario em meu site, eu já não recebo a informação de cadastro em meu e-mail!
    Ja fiz os procedimentos sugeridos por vocês, mas ainda assim não consigo receber estes cadastros no meu e-mail!

    Voces poderiam analisar qual o problema em minha conta e porque NÃO recebo os cadastros no meu e-mail?

    Hi,

    You only need to change the Email Notification Sender E-mail to "noreply@jotform.com" . You do not need to change it on Recipient E-mail.
    In the recipient e-mail you should put your email account contato.cursosdeadestramento@hotmail.com

    Please check your email notifications and correct if necessary.
    I have already check in the email server the email account  contato.cursosdeadestramento@hotmail.com and it is not bounce listed.

    Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

    Latest I checked again, your email account contato.cursosdeadestramento@hotmail.com is not bounced listed anymore. So, emails were being sent properly already. I have included the latest email logs on this message(see at the bottom)

    As mentioned also, you were not able to set properly the Recipient E-mail, you used "noreply@jotform.com" on it. I corrected this already in your autoresponder email in the form

    O unico problema que ainda presiste é que a auto resposta nao está sendo enviada para quem se cadastra no formulario!
    Preciso realmente que as pessoas recebam uma mensagem informando que foram cadastradas com sucesso!
