Facebook Form using Tabpress: How do I get it the page to open to my form only?

Asked by jayske on July 08, 2011

I've copied my link into the tab press non-fan field and saved the form. Now when I click on the tab in Facebook the page opens up to the tabpress edit window and not the form. How do I get it the page to open to my form only?

    Hi jayske,

The Tabpress edit window opens because you are logged in as the admin for that particular Facebook page. Non-admins of the page will see the form that you have embedded and not the edit window. The TabPress app is designed to open the edit windows when the app tab is clicked.

You can try using another browser (such as Chrome or Firefox), log in to a different Facebook account (or don't log in at all) then view the page's tab to see your form.

I hope you find this post informational. Feel free to contact us again if you have other Jotform-related queries or concerns.

Thank you and have a nice weekend!
