Conditions not working on webpage

Hi,

My conditions for all my forms are working when I preview them in JotForm but when I go to them on my website they do not exist most of the time.

Many users of my site are experiencing the same problems. Sometimes the conditions will be there the first time the form is accessed but never again once it has been accessed.

I am using 4 forms on my website:

www.thedetechtive.com.au

The images on the technology on the homepage link to these forms.

Could you please help me fix this issue.

Upon checking your web page, I was unable to replicate the problem you are having. I did test your form and the conditions seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below: 

I did the test several times but could not replicate it. I would suggest you to embed your forms with its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
