Thank you page suddenly not appearing correctly

Hi, I have many forms set up. All of a sudden when click to submit a form, it is not directing correctly to my usual thank you page, and also the email notification of the submission does not come through to me.  This appears to be happening for all my forms.  Please can you help?

We are terribly sorry for this server glitch. I would like to let you know that our developers have already resolved the problem. Everything should be back to normal now.
