Conditions still not working

I still can't seem to get my conditions to work properly. Below is the email that I received after submitting the first request for help. There are some sections that work perfect and others that don't work at all. Please help.

A good way to solve such problems is to clone your form and use it as a test version to try to fix the problems on conditions. Delete all unrelated conditions and try to find the reason.

If you still believe there is a bug on conditions please show it in a separate form that only has the condition with the bug and we will assign a developer to fix the issue on our end.
