Urge solucionen mi problema

    No se que pasa no puedo recibir formulario, pague un año adelantado para no tener problemas de este tipo.

    Porfavor solucionen el problema lo mas pronto posible, Gracias.

    Hello, I can see that according to your other thread you've paid for our Yearly Economy Plan but it looks like this did not update on your account since your account still shows you are only on the Free Plan. Upon digging into your issue I found that all the information is correct but it seems there must have been a minor glitch and unfortunately it was not reassociated with your jotform account. I've gone ahead and corrected this for you on our end and we do apologize about that.
