Payment wizard isn't working

    I have a camp registration form on my site that used to work but now gives an error:

    "We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem
          with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please
          contact the seller to resolve the problem."

    When I try to reset the payment system by deleting the current payment field and adding a new one "PayPal" under payment tools, I get an error that says that this functionality isn't available click payment wizard to setup (or something like that) and when I click the payment wizard nothing happens...

     

    Help?

    I have made a test submission and I was properly redirected to the PayPal payment page:

    Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies, then re-check the form and payment wizard.

    If the issue still persists on your side, please let us know.
