I tried to integrate JotForm with Mail Chimp. It kept showing the "working" symbol and finally produced this error message:

There is an error on the wizard. Please contact Jotform Support.

Hi Nancy,
Have you retried the integration?
Does this error message persist every time you use the MailChimp integration?
I just tested the integration on my end, and I did not encounter this error message.
May I also suggest you try clearing your browser's cache then restart the browser before you retry again.
Please inform us if issue remains.
