If I want to collect credit card number from customer, Do we need to use one of your Merchant services?

Is this the only way for us to recieve customer CC info?

This is correct.

The form will NOT work if you use it to collect account CC data/information.

There is anti-phishing system in placed, and we also have form reviewers that manually review the forms. If found out that the form was used in such way, it will be autmoatically disabled and will also suspend the form account/owner.

You will have to make use of the payment tools to have a payment processor in your form.
