my submissions reaching quota -- not accurate

    Hello,

    i currently have 19 out of 100 jotforms filled out. 

    even though i have not hit the limit any submissions are not going through and they are receiving a message "quaota reached"

    please let me know if i am missing something???

    Hi,

    I checked your username/account cberiounitednortherncom and found that you already exceeded the limits for SSL submissions. The maximum allowed per Month for FREE users is 10.

    For this time only, I have notched down your current SSL submission to 8 to re-enable your account.

    BUT you have to use the non SSL version of the form, and only use the regular http version when providing your form.

    You will have to upgrade your subscription to paid plans should you need to use SSL submisisons mostly on your form.
