it wont change or save the new email!! i have changed it many time -- this is rediculous and i am close to finding a new vendor HELP!!!

We understand your frustration with this but could you please post all questions related to this matter in the original thread? As a matter of fact, I can see that one of my colleagues (BDAVID) is responding to the said thread as I'm typing this reply. You should see his reply shortly.
We'll try to get the issue resolved as best as we can. We will not abandon you.
