Urgent - Forms are being submitted, but not being received

    Dear sir/madam,

    We created the form below, and have been sending that link to our customers to collect content for websites.

    We had a case yesterday where a customer submitted the form, but we did not receive it.  She spent over 4 hours trying to submit it twice but we did not get it and now she's threatening to cancel.

    Is there a way this submission can be retrieved?

    The customer submitted it yesterday around 3.30pm - Jaynar Constructions 

     

    Please help urgently.

    @SiteSmart

    You are not getting the email alerts because that form is not configured properly, please make sure that every time you make a form and setup the email alerts, you do not leave the Sender Name and the Sender Email showing "Please Select"

    On this particular, the sender name is missing, you must map to a question in the form, usually the name quesiton so you'll know who is sending this to you

    Please do the same and if everything is ok at your email alerts, then check if your recipient email address is in bounce list, by follow the steps below:
