One of our users says she cannot save the form. If she writes on it then closes it, there is nothing there when she reopens the form. Please help.

Kindly verify to follow the steps provided in this guide. Is this happening just to that user or to all users? Does the user have the URL that contains his session id? If not please check the guide on how to generate it.
Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

Hello nancytorrison,
As explained in my answer earlier on the following thread, there are two options available to achieve your requirement: http://www.jotform.com/answers/350002-Our-applicants-are-calling-to-ask-if-there-is-a-way-for-them-to-save-the-form-once-they-have-started-filling-it-out-
Upon checking your form, I did not find that you are using either of them. For "Auto Fill" feature to work, you need to enable it in "Advanced Settings" of your form preferences. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature-Save-Form-Entries-to-Continue-Later
If you want to achieve it through session ID, you need to create two form. One of the form will save the session id which can be retrieved from the auto-responder email or the thank you page. Please check the following step by step guide to achieve your requirement: http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
