Upload File - invalid upload for anything

As well copying the form and putting on to another page it will not display- this is the last day of our contest and it's suddenly not functioning!

As far as I know, we had a temporary issue with uploads today. The issue has been already fixed by our Development Team, also my test submission on your form went though just fine.

No problem- I disabled the form and re-enabled it and it now works fine. Has been nothing short of enjoyable to work with, thank you!
