If I understood right you wish to send an auto-responder email to users after they fill out your form. Please consult our guide for more details.

These three file attachments you wish to send, are they the same for everybody or are they different for each person? If yes you can edit the auto-responder email and insert the link of the files. Previously it is necessary to host the files online as the auto-responders only accept direct links, and not files attached.

I apologize if I failed to understand fully your enquiry.

How do I link the files? It won't let me upload files. Do I have to upload
    them elsewhere first?

Yes it is necessary to upload them elsewhere first.

Or as an alternative you can clone this form and use it to upload files into your account:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40995539537975

You have a free plan so you have 100Mb available space. You can see more details here.

After uploading the files into your account you can get the files url by going to Myforms> selecting the form> and clicking view submissions:

Then right-click the file link and click copy file url:

Now you can use the link for the auto-responder.

This is how you can add a link to the Thank You Page and/or Email Autoresponder.

However, email attachmens are not supported. Thank you.
