Multiple Payment Tools

Jotform is not allowing me to include more than one payment tool in my form, but I'm not sure how to accomplish what I need to without multiple payment tools?

I need customers to select one of three services via radio buttons, and depending on their selection, one of three paypal pro payment tools will appear. Each has a customized list of options created in the wizard.

How can I make this work?

    Hi,

I just need to clarify this on your case.

Are you intending to use different mode of payment? What are the payment tools you intend to use?

So far, you had only mentioned Paypal pro -- this is only one payment tool.

There is a JotForm guide that describe how to achieve this. This guide

    -How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

Here is a sample form from the guide http://www.jotform.me/form/22562702027446

If you check the demo form, it has 2 payment tools (Paypal and Authorize.Net)

To be honest with you, using the multiple payment form can be very complex and takes more effort to manage. So, as much as possible, we do not recommend to our users taking this method.

I checked your form http://www.jotform.com/41009144672146  and noted it is using Paypl Pro payment tool and has a lot of items/products.

Could it be that you only need multiple option of payments and NOT multiple payment tools?

It will be easier to create multiple options in the payment instead.

I suggest reviewing this guides also.

Hope this help. Please inform us of your thought on this.

    Thanks.

I'll try to explain more clearly...

Users must select one of three service options at the top of the form (Express, Premium or Custom) via a radio button. Conditional on that selection, I need a different PayPal Pro form to appear because each service option has a different price and different options.

For example, Express is $20 and comes with 3 pre-checked options included, of which the customer can uncheck any of the options they do not wish to receive. Premium is $25 and comes with 6 pre-checked options included. And custom is $25 with 6 options pre-checked, but comes with another 15 options that the customer can check for additional fees.

I thought it would be simplest to create form collapses for each service that would become visible based on their selection of the radio button. Each would have its own PayPal Pro window. But the form won't let me setup more than one PayPal Pro form.

Another reason I need to do it all on one form is so that all orders appear on the google spreadsheet that I will be integrating the form with.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

I thought it would be simplest to create form collapses for each service that would become visible based on their selection of the radio button. Each would have its own PayPal Pro window. But the form won't let me setup more than one PayPal Pro form.

This is correct and will be the default behaviour of the form. Simply put, the form does not allow multiple payment tools on the same form all at once.

The sample form on this guide -How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form is using 3 forms(Main form, Paypal form, Authorize.net form) --  as it will be the only way to have multiple payment type options that a user will be able to use.

There is also another method like the one described on this guide

    -How-to-Pass-a-Calculated-Value-in-a-Paypal-Field-of-a-Second-Form

It also involes more than one form, but what it does is, it passes the final Total Value to a Paypal tool as the total payment.

So, you can setup 3 different set of calculations in the first form, and then the final total amount/payment will be finalize on the 2nd form(Paypal)

I will try to create demo form using the pass calculated value to Paypal. I will update you when I have it done.

    Thanks.
