Click on submit leaves the page in Internet Explorer and Firefox

I have a form that I am using to capture email address and country before providing visitors with a download file... It works perfectly in Chrome....but in IE and Firefox it goes to a page off my website to supply the download....I want it to basically just supply the file without leaving the page... My site has been built using Google Sites and I have included the Jotform using the Jotform Google Gadget..... I have also included the screen shot of the page that is displayed when you submit this form using IE of Firefox

I tested it here and all browsers have the same output with redirecting to another page. This is because you have it as a Custom Thank You URL. 

You may consider choosing the 3rd option, the Thank You Message and put your file download here.
