Upo checking your account, I found that you have already upgraded your account. Your account is in good shape now.

Free account has limits where one can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 secure / SSL and 10 payment submissions. Apart from these submission limits, free account also has upload space limit of 100 MB. If any of the above limits is reached, all forms will be disabled.

To activate your forms again, you should upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month. Submission limits are reset on the first day of every month. But, upload space are not reset every month. To free up upload space, you will have to delete your submission which has file attachments.
