How long does paypal take to show up in my account?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to ask how much time it takes for the amount to reflect in your PayPal account?

If the payment was done through Paypal balance and not credit card. I believe the amount should reflect instantly in your PayPal account. Usually when you receive any payment, paypal also sends you an email. Have you received any email from PayPal regarding the credit?

I did check your form but could not find that you have added any PayPal question in your form.

I would suggest you to please explain your question a bit more in detail.
