Form Looks All Misaligned

Hi

In preview my form looks fine, but when I add it to my page, all the labels and fields are all over the place. Also the fields themselves look different widths, but they don't in preview.

Hello lmlakeland,

I did check your form and found that the "Address" and "Project details" field appears to be not aligned properly. That is because the width f your form is too small and label of these two fields automatically are aligned top. There are two options to solve this problem:

1. Increase the width of your form to 409 from 400 and that should solve your problem.

2. Change the question label to align on top for all fields and that will also make your form look good.
