Completed Forms are Not Forwarded

    It just stopped working at some point.

    I have been testing your form on my end,. through the standalone URL of the form and the Form embedded on your webpage. I do see taht the standalon is operating differently (Conditional rules show the Payment Tool) the Embedded form does not.

    I would suggest to embed the form utilizing the iFrame Embed Method so that any conflict with other elements on your page do not conflict with your embedded form.

     

    Do let us know if the issue persists after performing this step.

    Hello Cesar,

    Yes, the form on my website does contain conditional rules to show the selected options to
    purchase and the PayPal payment. Only after selections are made does the payment and submit buttons
    show on the form.

    Initially I was receiving the form data to my email address at train@njfoodsafe.com At some point
    this stopped working. My site is hosted with GoDaddy and I have verified that no spam filters are being used

    It looks like that you use custom SMTP sender at this moment.

    I have found one failed sending attempt in our logs:

    /var/log/jotform/remoteSmtpEMAIL.log:[17/Apr/2014:18:28:05 +0000] FAILED remote SMTP to train@njfoodsafe.com from train@njfoodsafe.com Last-Form-ID : IP : 173.0.81.1 Form-ID: Reason The following From address failed: train@njfoodsafe.com : MAIL not accepted from server,503,polite people say HELO first

    If the issue is not solved, please let us know. We can also try other sending options.
