We are not receiving email notifications!

    We have 2 separate Jot Forms that are used daily. Both are set up to automatically send an email notification. The past 2 days we have not received the notifications from either; yet the forms were completed and submitted. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Your emails are not in the bounce list as of checking. Please check your spam folder if the emails ended up there and also your email security check if it's not blocking emails coming from Jotform or from AmazonSES.

    May I suggest you to white list Jotform IPs and domains to your email provider side. This might resolve the problem: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Kindly test your form afterwards. If it is still not sending emails, inform us here.
