System should request guest users to register with a free account first, before upgrading

    I bought a bi-annual package when I was on a guest account. I then made an account with the exact credentials I used to buy the bi-annual package and I still have to pay AGAIN. I need a refund asap so I can actually get a bi-annual account for your service. I saw that this was a problem with other people as well. If you need help to fix your site let me know, I am a web developer and deal with such problems all the time.

    Yes, you were using a guest account while making the upgrade . But I have made a refund that you should see back to your CC  within 3-10 business days.

    On regards to the fix, you are right, this inconvenience must be fixed, , thank you for offering us your help. I've opened a ticket for our developers to take care of it ASAP.
