Notifications are not coming through for my reservation form

Hello AIM2Pleaselimos,
Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have not mentioned "Sender Name" and also the "Recipient Email" address. That is the reason you are not receiving your submission emails. Please check the screenshot below:
You need to input the email address to which you want to send the submission emails. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
