    Hi,
In trying to get the form to do what I want it to do, I think I may have come
up with a solution. I you look at my for "cloned Hydrographic Price List you will
see I have added a button marked "Submit for Quote" and underneath that a check box
that if checked hides the "submit order"buttons. if unchecked it will hide the
"submit for Quote" buttons. what I want to do with your help and direction is to
when the "submit for Quote" is clicked it sends a copy of the whole form to my email address
and if the "submit order is clicked" it submits for payment as normal. can this be done

i have not uploaded form yet

In the case you need to have the user Submit a Quote instead of processing the PayPal Payment Tool. You need to instead have user's fill out a Purchase Order Payment Tool. You can have both Payment Tools on the same form using the following guide:

    -How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

This should allow you to show the PayPal Payment Tool to users who are ready to purchase. And show a Purchase Order tool which will not process anything but still gather the neccesary information for users that only need a quote.

Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

As far as I can see, the way how you setup the form is incorrect. You have to do the following:

    1. Create a form with Paypal Integration. Ex: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41094175345959

    2. Create a form with Purchase Order. Ex: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41094517792965

    3. Create a form that serves are your base form for both Paypal and Purchase Order forms. You have to embed Paypal and Purchase to the base form, I would recommend using our iFrame Widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed. The base form should have the Radio Button field with questions to select Purchase Order or Paypal.

    4. Now, using our Conditional Logic (Show/Hide Condition), show Paypal field is Paypal option is selected in the base form. Otherwise, show Purchase Order. Output ex: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41094713173956

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks

    Hi,

OK my Base form is "Primary Hydrograhics Price Guide" form
which is configured with the options to choose method of payment.
I have entered the relevant code in the html field.
My "Payment Form for Paypal" is the foem configured to go to
the Paypal Page. that works fine.
The "My Payment Authorisation" form. I am having problems with
in so much it lete me delete the Paypal intergration and retain the
products, but when I select use Payment Authorisation, yes all the products show
but the Total and Aditional comments box is missing. Its no good to us
    without this information.
As regards to using iframes, I have not used them before and there tend to stear
well away. I have not got a clue on how to use them and what to put and where to place it

I assume with that information in my base form and the correct intergration in the other two forms

    it should work ok

Correct you can use your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/41022640465344 (Primary HYDROGRAPHICS PRICE GUIDE) as the main form and then embed the 2 Payment Forms on to that main form.

The Purchase Order Form and the PayPal Payment form, should only contain the Payment Tool.

To embed the Forms you need to obatin their embed codes:

    -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

And then paste the embed codes each on their own text field:

    Example:

    https://shots Screenshot 10

This is an example on how the iFrame Code will look on the Text Field:

    https://shots Screenshot 21

Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

    Hi sreken.

Try follow this instructions to know how to send the emeil on submit.

Step One: In order for this to work, your form needs to have a Full Name Field, and an Email field as shown below. If you already have these fields, then you can use them as well:

Multiple Payment Options Image 1 Screenshot 120

Step Two: Then, create a hidden form calculation field

Remember to give it an obvious name so that you can differentiate it from the 'email' field.

In this case, we call it 'Email Field for Notification' .

Hiding the field: Since you don't want it appearing as a visible field on your form, you can hide the field by simply activating that property as shown below:

Multiple Payment Options Image 2 Screenshot 131

Step Three: Add the calculation to the Email Field for notification as shown:

Multiple Payment Options Image 3 Screenshot 142

Step Four:Finally, Create an email notification (If you do not have one already) with the sender's name selected as the hidden field we created in Step Two.

Multiple Payment Options Image 4 Screenshot 153

And you are ready! You can send a test submission on your form to try it out. Look at how the email looks in outlook.com:

Multiple Payment Options Image 5 Screenshot 164

This can be pretty useful if the forms are being filled by your employees,or students, or for support requests, or restaurant reservations....the list is endless.

And you can configure this to work with any SMTP relay or bulk email service you find preferable.

Here is a test form so that you can see how it works: http://jotform.co/form/40036428182853,Go ahead and clone it.

    and also look at this.

How to send to a specific email address based on a selection?

    Last Update: October 14, 2013

First of all, we need to create one or more email notification alerts (you can use different templates, though it is not necessary).

Multiple Payment Options Image 6 Screenshot 175

    Launch the Conditions Wizard:

    1. Click on Setup & Embed tab

    2. Click the  Conditions from the top toolbar

Multiple Payment Options Image 7 Screenshot 186

    3. Choose Send an email after submission, in order to establish conditional. Click "Next" button:

Multiple Payment Options Image 8 Screenshot 197

    4. Choose the fields you wish to match the condition. Then, choose the specific email address you want it to be sent to:

Multiple Payment Options Image 9 Screenshot 208

For this example I have setup up to 3 conditional logic, based on 3 different email alerts:

Multiple Payment Options Image 10 Screenshot 219

However, you can choose the same email alert if you choose to create just one, and then type a particular email address  if a condition is matched.

Multiple Payment Options Image 11 Screenshot 2210

Also, each notification alert can have one or more conditions to be matched . If you have any questions or if you need any further details about this function, please do let me know below!

    Thank you.

    Hi,

If you are referring to this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/41022640465344 as your main form , you should removed the payment tool on it since you would already have the payment tools on the 2 payment form embedded on the form

Multiple Payment Options Image 1 Screenshot 20

Please review the latest guide provided by our colleague Cesar.

It should work for your requirement if correctly applied.

Kindly inform us if still not successful.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jonathon,

surely if I remove that from the main form, customers will not see it to select what they want

Would you mind if I create the method proposed on my last reply to your account? That method works for you, right? My forms works like this:

    - If you will submit to the Paypal Form, you will be redirected to the Paypal Payment Page.

    - If you will submit to the Purchase Order Form, you will be redirected to the Form's Thank You Message settings. No payment will be done. You will receive the submission through email and into your form submissions page.

You can check the forms afterwards so you'd know and can have additional ideas on how everything was setup.

    Thanks

    Hi Welvin,

I would be extremely grateful if you could do that.

You may want to check my form first as I have bveen trying different methods

and may well of changed a few things

as long as the following happens then it would be great

If Quote is selected then the form and its contents are directed to us at impact@impactpaints.co.uk

If Pay is selected then the form submits for payment to paypal. that email address is also impact@iimpactpaints.co.uk

    Thank you

    hi Welvin,

that looks Brillient and works well, but how do i replace the existing form with your Base Form on my website

http:www.impactpaints.co.uk click on "Hydrographics" then click "Price List"

you will see the layout. I am using Frontpage. and the existing form code has been inserted inside a layer

giving me the freedom to move the form where I want.

I would be happy with your Base form you designed just showing what it does and when an option

is selected it displays underneath those options like my existing form does.

    is this possible

    @sreken

    Hi,

You can also just clone the forms created by our colleague Welvin

    Use this URL http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41104748669966

Clone the form using the URL by following this guide

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

After you have cloned the form, you can open it in the form editor to further understand how it was created.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
