Billing - my paypal was rejected, trying to change payment method but can't

    Hi

    I just received a notification from paypal that a bill from Jotform was rejected. I have not idea why. I came here and it says "change payment method", but I seem unable to do so. I click on the "paypal" or payment method and nothing happens. But my paypal is also just fine. A large Dropbox annual payment just went through.

    It says my account is expired, but we really count on this. I want to renew ASAP.

    As far as I can see, you have recently upgraded to the JotForm Premium Yearly plan, so your account is in a good standing.

    Please note that failed payment alerts related to the old PayPal subscription S-6CE963184U725153C that is attached to scott@bellevuefineart.com PayPal account. If that PayPal account is alive you might want to cancel mentioned subscription on it.

    I figured out how to change the billing.  It's ok. thanks
