Form Not Submitting due to unseen required field error

    Hi I have produced a form and embedded it into my site and it doesnt matter what i do it will not submit to jot form or send an email conformation or re direct to another url

    Hi,

    I was able to reproduced the problem you mentioned.

    I could NOT submit the form in your website http://massifcabs1.moonfruit.com/bookings/4583912579

    I am suspecting it was probably due to the Terms widget on the form. 

    Can you please try removing the widget in the form editor, and then let us test submit the form again. I just want to establish if it is exactly the problem.
