How to create indent for sentence in matrix table and scale rating?

Hi, you guys have been very helpful with all of my questions. However i still have some questions that I couldn't manage to solve it, tried searching it online but couldn't find a way to solve it too.

I can't seem to make the sentence from the 2nd sentence to be indent in the scale rating so that it would align with the start of the first word on the first line. Tried spacing and it doesn't work too.  Same goes to the matrix table as well. I would like the 2nd line onwards to be slightly indent to the right so that the number would look more obvious when the respondents are answering the questions.

Sorry, I am afraid there is no easy way to add indention to that. Those row headers are plain text and cannot by stylized by custom CSS.

The only way to change that is to get the form's source code, modify it, then host the modified form codes on your site.

Is there really no way for me to do it manually too? Let's say..by inserting some html codes to each of my sentence?

Yes, you can do that if you want but be advised that you may run the risk of some of the data not coming through when it has been submitted. You may play around with it if you wish though.
