How do I link a form to my account?

      - I created this form but I'd like it to be under my account and I'd like to know how to see the responses. Thanks, Lisa

    Hello,

    The form is under your account - LisaTemple

    You can access it by logging in to http://jotform.ca/myforms -  Its called Click to edit this text... you have not given it a title yet.

    When you recieve submissions on the form - use this guide to view and export the responses for your use.
