-I have added the redirect URL to the form. You can check that settings by following this guide: Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

-The form notification email is automatically created by default. If you want to add something to the email body, you can do so by following this guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

-If you'd like to send an Autoresponder email after a person submits to the form, you can add one by following this guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Both the Notification Email and the Autoresponder uses noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email Address. If you want to use a custom address as a sender, you can do it by setting an SMTP to your form. Check this guide: Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
