I would like to use JotForm to collect data about an object that has multiple fields associated with it.  Specifically a Location for a Radio.  I want to collect the Lat/Long for the Radio location (text boxes), and ask a couple of questions (dropdown lists) about each object and finally have a open text box for notes.

Ideally the questions assocaited with each radio all show up on a row (like in the matrix) but I need the ability to collect different types of input along the row in each column.  Check out my screenshot example.

Some customers may only have 5 radios, others may have 105, but I don't want ot have 105 lines unnecessarily.  So I'd like to have the user have the ability to "Add new Item" button.

    Please help

Unfortunately the Matrix Widget is only composed of text boxes. In any case I will raise a ticket to the Dev Team in regards to the feature you have requested.

The Ability of being able to capture different input types (not only text boxes) on a widget such as the Infinite List or Matrix Dynamique Widgets.

Unfortunately I cannot promise this feature will be implemented. Nor can I provide an ETA on when this ticket will be processed. Nevertheless it is best for the Dev Team to evaluate your request further. Once there is an update from their end, they will let us know through this thread.

    Thank you.
