Error Form ID did not match - When using PayPal

I have a link on my web site and when the customer clicks on it they are forwarded to my JotForm where they need to provide some basic information.  Once they complete this form and hit the submit button, I have them forwarded to my PayPal shopping cart where they can either checkout or continue shopping.  If they checkout then everything is fine.  But if they click on the continue shopping button, they get this error:

    Error
Form ID did not match. Form ID: Form Name: 41184956138259

The problem appears to be when PayPal tries to send the customer back to my web site to continue shopping.  Once I am done with the form and forwarded to PayPal, I don't understand why I can't go from PayPal back to my web site to continue shopping.  Basically, after JotForm forwards my client to PayPal, why is JotForm giving me an error when going from PayPal back to my web site when I should have already been done using JotForm by that point?

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

I don't see a Paypal Integration to your form. I checked it and found out that you're using a redirect link for Paypal Shopping Cart.

Please review this guide: PayPal-Forms and this one: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

If you'd like to collect a Payment using our Forms, you can do so by following the given guides.

If you require any further assistance, feel free to contact us.

    Thanks

Anyway, I check the checkout payment button settings and found out that the redirect URL is the submit page of the Jotform Form:

Error Form ID did not match When using PayPal Image 1 Screenshot 20

You have to change this to your actual form with the following URL: http://www.jotform.ca/form/41184956138259. However, I don't think you can change this. Am I right? If so, I would advise using our payment integration instead of creating your own checkout settings from Paypal.

    Thanks
