Please stop my paying plan as we are not going to use it

    Hello,

    Ive tried many times to stop your billings since 3 months ago but the downgrade button doesn't work

    Could you please accomplish this process?

    I have asked to paypal to stop your billings because the web interface doesnt work manually

    Hello asociaciontravalera,

    Please be noted that you can cancel your subscription from your own PayPal account.  Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction

    4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
