How can I download all the files at once ?

    Hi,

I have a form with 4 files each and right now over 160 subcscriptions. I know I can download a report that has all the data and links to each file but I would like to download all the files.

Is there a way of downloading a zip with all the files besides the data or something like an FTP access to download all the files ?

I have integrated the forms with google drive, so I can do something similar downloading from there but I was wondering if there is a way to do this without integrating the form with google drive because the google drive integration seems to be a little buggy, 3 or 4 files have appeared out of their destination folder so I'm not very sure I can trust it.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your kind response but sadly this doesn't answer the question at all.

I'm asking about how I can "download" the files that are stored in JotForm's service, not how I can make them be "uploaded" somewhere else.

I'm aware that I can just click one by one in the link for each file that is provided in the submission's screen but I was asking for a way to download them in batch.

If there isn't such a feature yet let me suggest it as a feature. It would be great if there was a kind of "ZIP report" that would download a ZIP with an Excel for the submission and all the files uploaded for that submissions inside it. Now you can download the Excel but the file links point to the Internet so there is no easy way of having a local copy of all submitted data.

    Bye and thanks.

Are you familiar with Ruby? We have this File Downloader App that needs a Ruby Application installed to your computer and a single terminal command to download your form files at once.

    http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader

The instructions on how to do this are posted on the App Description section. Please kindly check it and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks
