Disable Feedback button on mobile devices

I want to disable feedback button on my iphone and ipad. Is that possible? If possible, how?

BUT my question also is, how then would the users be able to access your feedback form if the feedback button for it was disabled?

Perhaps what you were looking for instead is an auto pop-up Lightbox form?
