    Hello gradesuccess,

Unfortunately, we do not have such features. Please be noted that JotForm cannot be used as a regular authentication forms.

Please be noted that it is still possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our conditions feature to achieve your requirement. Idea is to move your entire form fields inside a "Form Collapse" field. You can have a text box where one can input the texts and if it matches with your condition, you can show the form collapse which in turn will actually display all your form fields. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry

Please be noted that if someone checks the form's source code on browser, they will be able to see the password.

We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. You should not use "Password" text/label in your form. You can use any other text like "Code", "authorization" etc.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
