Hi there,
You can do this by using the "shrink" functionality. Simply right click on the field and click shrink on the context menu.
Note that you also need to shrink the field before the address field in order to achieve the same effect.

Hi, I already try that but i dont get the effect that i desire, here you can see a image i do in photoshop. And with the instructions you gave me, this was not posible. Thanks for your time

On your second form some fields positioned with injected CSS.
You can check the custom CSS under form styles.
For example, you might consider cloning the second form to play with the fields positioning and custom CSS.

Well this is the deal, i have two formw:
1.-http://www.jotform.co//?formID=41324474195859
In this form everything its ok, except for the position of the adress field, i would like to make this form to look like the image above.
in the second form:
2.-http://www.jotform.co//?formID=41318605963861 in this form the position of the fields are correct, but there is no sub-label for phone field, and they told me to go back in hsitory where the sub-label appear, but i dont have this option in history.
So wich one is easier to edit so i can achieve the form i want?
