How can I share my forms

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. The following options should help you:

If you want to embed your form in your web page, the following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

Please be noted that you can also grab your form's direct URL and send it to someone in an email.  Here are the steps to get your form's direct URL:

1. Select Setup & Embed tab

2. Click Embed Form
