I'm not finding my usual spots to download information.  Has the JotForm website been updated?

Can you tell me who submitted this request today? We have multiple team
members that use this account, but no one has indicated they were having
    an issue.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

    Hi Michelle,

We are NOT able to identify who among your team member have submitted this http://www.jotform.com/answers/378330 question/request today since she/he was also using this same login account MetroHealth

Sharing same username/account to different members can really cause confusion like this. That is why we usually recommend not doing this.

What we recommend is just let each member/s have their own login account by registering for Free. They can do that here http://www.jotform.com/signup

Once each members have their own login name/account, they can be setup as sub-users to the main account MetroHealth

Review this helpful guide on sub-accounts

Hopet his help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks!
