You have been charging me but my form does not work.

    You've been charging me the $9.95 for the past 2 months yet my application won't work and keeps sending my applicants error messages.

     

    I need to be credited the amount paid as i wasn't able to use it and need this fixed.

    Hello divinemodels,

    What error message are you seeing in your form. I did try to test your form and I was able to submit it successfully. I did not get any error message. Please check the screenshot below:

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have enabled the "Form Limit" where "Unique Submission" is set as "Loose Check". It will not allow anyone to submit the form twice from the same system. Please check the screenshot below:
