    Hi,

    I was able to see the error when I checked the form in your website http://www.unitednorthern.com/charlesdisanto/index.html

    same result also even when using the form's direct URL  http://www.jotform.us/form/41385030357147

    I found the caused of error to be that of the code you had embedded into the form's Thank You page

    Please fix the Thank You page by removing the custom code you had embedded and the form submission should work properly again

    You can also share to us the iframe code you were trying to embed to the Thank You page. And we will check how to do it properly for it to work.

    You can paste the code here http://pastie.org/ so that we can copy it.

    Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please go to http://pastie.org/ (or some other code sharing service) and enter the code there that you wish to appear in the form builder's HTML editor's work area. Save the Pastie paste as plain text (the default) and then share its URL here, so that we can examine it to see how best it can be edited to work.

    Thanks

    Unfortunately, iFrame codes will be strip out in the custom thank you area. We've made it this way to avoid security issues.

    Why not just type directly the thank you message into the settings? Are you after of the background color? You can change it from there.

    Thanks

    thanks, because ideally I'd like it to go to another jotform that'd gather even more info.... would linking to another jotform be ok seeing how it's still "in the family"? :)

    @unitednorthern1

    Or perhaps what you want is a custom thank you URL? You can set custom URL as your thank you page.

    Since the main issue here has already been solved, I'd suggest creating a separate thread for your other questions and provide more details so we can assist you further.

    Thanks for your understanding.
