Why are my forms disable?

    Suddenly, my forms are disable, why?

    Hi,

    Our apologies for that. Your form was named "Facebook" and this term has a high chance of getting caught as a form of phishing. You have been suspended because of this. I've checked the form and it was fine as you only have the FB Like Plugin on it. I have reactivated your account and whitelisted the said form.

    I would advise to rename your form to something else so this won't happen again.
