In front of the forms there seems to be a box to select the form...I am unable to select any of the forms thatappear in "MyForms"

    In front of the forms there seems to be a box to select the form...I am unable to select any of the forms that

    appear in "MyForms"  and there is not form editor ability...

     

    I tried to embed the information that was provided to me when I produced the form but it did not work

    and I wanted to back to the form and try again...please help!

     

    I can be reaced at 718-326-2236 and my name is Karin...I am sure JotForm will be amazing once I know what the heck I am doing!

    The issue might be related to your browser temporary files. Can you try to clear your browser cache and cookies, and then re-check the service?

    In the meantime, I have deleted two blank forms from your My Forms page.
