Not receiving email alerts

    Hey Guys, this is my 2nd time reporting this problem. The email alerts that are sent after someone fills out a form are not always coming though. This is important for me to have fixed, because our form is an order form, and it is very difficult to keep up with the orders using the spread sheet download option. Could you please look into this? And see why the email alerts have become inconsistent? It has not always been like this. I really like jot form and want to keep using the service, but we need more reliability.

    Hi Matt,

    You have reported this issue on April, here's the thread link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/366416-Emailing-Issues. We have suggested some changes to the settings and upon checking it, it stays the same - unchanged, all without the proper sender email.

    I have fixed it for you. But since you are using a custom address, we would recommend adding our IP and Domains to your server whitelist. You can find all the list here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
